Products on the OT Warehouse website are sourced from different suppliers all of whom have different shipping policies regarding delivery times and shipping costs. All our product suppliers offer prompt and reliable production and shipping times. However, production times can vary on customised products and between our suppliers. Please contact us for exact postage time information on specific products prior to purchasing and we are happy to provide this information.
We may arrange delivery of physical goods by various couriers or by Australia Post. We process deliveries promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery of physical goods in Australia may take up to 14 days depending on our product suppliers and whether or not the postage address is metro or regional.
After an order has been shipped, most packages can be tracked by the purchaser. You can find tracking information in your order details. With some products if this is not possible, the purchaser may be notified by Australia Post or the courier company transporting the item.
Multiple goods ordered in the one transaction may be packaged separately by different suppliers and arrive on different dates. In this case the purchaser may be given multiple tracking numbers.
Products orders may attract more than one shipping charge when multiple products are ordered, even when ordered in the one transaction. This is due to products being sourced from more than one supplier. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to payment on your order slip.

Any disputes which are lost or damaged during delivery should be taken up with the relevant courier company or with Australia post as applicable.
