How to use Rice Bran Oil

There are many ways to use Rice Bran Oil – here are some of our favourite applications:

• Directly on the Skin: Rice Bran Oil is most beneficial by using it directly on the skin. You can use it on its own, or combined with other carrier oils and safe levels of Essential Oils. Apply twice daily for best results.
• Facial Serum: Create your own healing & hydrating facial serum by mixing together 50ml of Rice Bran Oil with 8-15 drops of your favourite Essential Oil (or combination of Essential Oils to a total of 8-15 drops).
  Optional: You can create your serum with just 50ml Rice Bran Oil as the only carrier base, or alternatively, you can combine it with other carrier oils of your choosing (for example: 20ml Rice Bran Oil, 15ml Jojoba Oil & 15ml Sacha Inchi Oil)
• Massage: Use straight, or dilute a few drops of your favourite Essential Oil into 100ml of your Rice Bran Oil.
• Hair Mask: Apply Rice Bran Oil directly to your scalp, hair roots, and ends of your hair, to create a nourishing, repairing, and growth-boosting hair mask. Leave for as long as desired and then shampoo well.
• Skincare Formulations: Rice Bran Oil makes for the perfect addition to your D.I.Y formulations such as face & skin serums, soaps, body butters, lotions and moisturizers, where a carrier oil is called for.
