Returns and Cancellation Policy for OT Warehouse

At OT Warehouse we are committed to ensuring your purchases with us are positive. We want you to shop with us into the future and tell your friends about us by providing you with a stress free and rewarding online shopping experience. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation and refund policies before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy:

All orders are processed on our secure online processing payment system. The shipping process is commenced as soon as possible after receiving your order. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately as once an order has been shipped we incur non-refundable fees. We understand that orders may need to be altered or cancelled for various reasons and we are happy to oblige and work with you where possible, however we are unable to process changes free of charge once orders have been shipped.

If your order is cancelled prior to shipping we will totally refund the order.

If your order has already been shipped then it will be treated as a “Return”. Please see our Return policy below:

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase. Please check all items on arrival. If you are not fully satisfied with the products, or you have had a “change of mind”, in most cases we are happy to arrange a full refund of the product price (excl. delivery) or an exchange. In some cases we are able to ship the exchange items free of charge, however this will depend on various arrangements we have with individual suppliers – please email us at to see if this is possible with your purchased item/s.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customised products (unless they are faulty). If the item is deemed by us to be faulty, the replaced item will be posted free of charge.

Should there be any issues with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will do everything we can to fix the issue promptly.

All products are checked prior to dispatch, however in the rare event that you need to return a product or garment please contact us via email at

Please note:

  1. Include a correct working email address and contact number with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
  2. Include your name and address if an exchange is requested.
  3. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item.
  4. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
  5. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  6. Refunds are processed against the original order number and original credit card or Paypal account which was used for the purchase.
  7. OT Warehouse is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
  8. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customised products.

OT Warehouse Change of Mind Policy

You may return most new, unopened items purchased from OT Warehouse within 30 days of receipt of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind (excludes customised items). Unless otherwise stated, original shipping fees for change of mind items are not refunded.

You may be eligible for free return shipping on some products – please email us to determine if this is available prior to purchasing as this only applies to some products with which we have special arrangements with the suppliers.

If you change your mind about clothing purchases, you can return the products in their original condition (including tags, packaging and receipt of purchase) for a full refund (excl. delivery) within 30 days of receipt.

We are proud of the products we offer and we are sure that you will be happy when you purchase from us. The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. If there are any problems we want to work with you to sort them out in a timely manner and we encourage you to email us if there are any concerns.

We know you'll love our foam filled KloudSacs and bean bags, but if for any reason you don't, send them back within 14 days for a full refund. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to cover any freight costs involved in returning the product.
