Sweet Orange Essential Oil (15ml): In addition to its delightfully citrus, uplifting and invigorating aroma, Sweet Orange Essential Oil is known to energise and elevate the mood whilst alleviating feelings of stress, frustration and anger. It is also known to be one of the best essential oils for anxiety.

Frankincense Essential Oil (15ml): The calming and gentle essence of Frankincense Essential Oil has been seen to clear the mind whilst releasing unwanted tension and nervous energy. It is also known for its ability to lower anxiety and comfort those feeling overwhelmed.

Lime Essential Oil (15ml): Primarily known for its soothing and invigorating properties, Lime Essential Oil carries a refreshingly sweet aroma that is known to encourage positivity and uplift those feeling mentally exhausted.

There are many ways to receive the benefits of these essential oils. Below are just a few ideas to get you started:

Oil Blend Roller: To create an on-the-go Destress essential oil roller blend, add 2 drops of each Essential Oil into a 15ml roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Once diluted, apply to your wrists, temples, and behind the ears.

Diffuser or Vaporiser: Each oil within the Destress Essential Oil pack can be added to a diffuser individually, or as an essential oil blend. For those wanting to diffuse these oils individually, simply add 6 to 8 drops of your chosen essential oil. To create a soothing essential oil blend that will help ease stress and unwanted tension, add 2 drops of each essential oil to your diffuser and allow the aroma to fill your atmosphere.

Massage: To create a soothing massage oil, dilute 2 to 4 drops of each Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil.
