These set of 3 bands are versatile, compact & lightweight. They can be used to support those that ned to move whilst seated. Also can be used as part of an exercise program.
Great for stretch & resistance exersise & also as an active movement tool whilst sitting. There are 3 bands, each with a varying level of resistance - Light, Medium & Strong resistance, depending on need.
For use on chairs: Lightweight and portable, they function as a foot fidget kick band that provides sensory input for active movement . Particularly helpful for those that need to move whilst seated. The bands can be put around the legs of a chair. They stretch and suit most chairs, however the leg strength must be suitable to accomodate. Can push against bands, bounce feet or wriggle feet back and forward on bands. Suits a wide range of chairs, just lift the front to legs, and stretch it over.
