How to use me
There are countless ways that you can use your essential oils, but below are a couple of our favourite ideas to get you started;
Diffuser of Vaporiser:Â One of the best and most effective ways to use your essential oils! Add 2-10 Drops of Essential Oil to your Diffuser or Vaporiser - try mixing a few oils together to create your own personal favourite!
Massage:Â Dilute 8-12 drops of Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil to relax your muscles and help to clear any nervous energy.
Bath:Â Mix 4-6 drops of Essential Oil into your warm bath to help ease your stresses and bring clarity and calm to your mind.
Facial Oil: For an all-natural, healing facial oil, blend 10-15 drops of essential oil into 100ml of your favourite carrier oil – apply nightly for best results!
