• Frankincense essential Oil (15ml): The calming and gentle essence of Frankincense Essential Oil has been seen to clear the mind whilst releasing unwanted tension and nervous energy. It is also known for its ability to lower stress levels and comfort those feeling overwhelmed.
• Grounded Essential Oil Blend  (15ml): Grounded is a specially formulated essential oil blend for stress, designed to calm the nervous system whilst releasing unwanted tension and nervous energy. Grounded has a slightly sweet yet, deeply herbaceous and floral aroma, that will encourage tranquillity and keep you grounded in times of stress.
• Lime Essential Oil (15ml): Primarily known for its soothing and invigorating properties, Lime Essential Oil carries a refreshingly sweet aroma that is known to encourage positivity and uplift those feeling mentally exhausted.

How to use the essential oils:

There are countless ways to use essential oils, but below are a few of our favourite ideas to get you started;

• Diffuse: Feeling stressed and anxious? Add 1-3 drops of each Essential Oil to your diffuser and allow the calming aroma to fill the air in your room.
• On the Go: For a Destress blend you can take on the go, add 2-3 drops of each Essential Oil into a 10ml roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil - Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & bottoms of your feet.
• Massage: Dilute 2-4 drops of each Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil to help ease your stresses and give your mind a mental break.
• Bath: Add 1-2 drops of each Essential Oil into your warm bath to assist in reducing anxiety and tension, and help you diminish those negative emotions.

Essential Oil Safety

• In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
• Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
• Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
